SungEun Park

Dr. Park has won several competitions, including the 5th Texas State International Piano Festival Concerto Competition, The American Prize, the Sidney Wright Endowed Presidential Scholarship, the Butler School of Music Concerto Competition, the Texas State University Concerto Competition, and the Seoul Asia International Music Competition. Her concerto appearances include performances with the Central Texas Philharmonic Orchestra, the University of Texas Symphony Orchestra, the Texas State University Symphony Orchestra, the Balcones Community Orchestra, and the Jeju Philharmonic Orchestra.

Alongside the classical repertoire, she frequently premieres new works by leading contemporary composers and has been invited as a guest artist at international and national conferences, including the Hawaii International Conference on Arts & Humanities, the National Association of Composers/USA, the Composers Alliance of San Antonio, and the One Month Festival. She has served as a jury member for the Texas Young Artist Piano Competition, the Rose Petroff Piano Competition, and the TFMC All-State Festival, and has recorded numerous albums featuring the music of Peter Petroff, Zvonimir Nagy, Haseulki Baek, and Joe Young.
